Prices and conditions of sale displayed on this website are informative and may change without notice based on different criteria by the owner of the web and market fluctuations. However any order duly completed by the corresponding order form involves the application of current prices and general conditions existing at that time and the buyer is protected by legal guarantees that protect. About delivery

The deadline for delivery of the goods or products shall be thirty days from the day following the day on which it received the communication request of the purchaser. Although normally orders will not be delivered a week later.

Products delivered

The deliverables are clearly those indicated in your purchase. However if you do not have a product and it is impossible to meet the deadlines, you will be informed of that fact and offered the possibility of recovering the amounts paid within a maximum period of thirty days or will be able to accept a substitute product with similar characteristics and of equal or superior quality.

Repayment terms

Under current legislation, you are informed that you have a period of fourteen calendar days of receiving the merchandise for return of the product. Product returns shall be governed by the provisions of Royal Decree 1/2007 of 16 November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users and other complementary laws.
Any product returned to be accepted, you must be in their original packaging and under the same conditions at the time of delivery. The expenses incurred in the return are borne by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed the buyer or deliver the product at any point of sale of our company.

Damaged products

When the buyer receives a damaged product or not meeting optimal conditions, the replacement or cost for establishing optimum conditions will be free for the buyer and our company will bear all relevant expenses.

Once the order is generated and the charge made in a short space of time, the buyer will receive a confirmation of your purchase via email and notified that the service procedure is started.
